Package Form
The Package Form serves as the essential first step in achieving your startup's certification. By completing and submitting this form, you are providing the critical details required to initiate the process: the {Applicant Full Name} of the individual managing the certification, the {Startup Name} exactly as it appears on your official Trade License, your {Email Address} for the delivery of your unique KYC form, and your {Phone Number} to ensure seamless communication.
Unique KYC
Upon completing your Package Form, you will receive an automated email within one to two minutes containing a link to your unique KYC form; please ensure you check both your inbox and spam folders. Designed to meet ISO 9001:2015 audit requirements, this streamlined form features simple yes/no questions and a document upload section for your active trade license and Emirates ID or passport copy. To ensure a seamless experience, the process has been simplified to take no more than 15 minutes, with an integrated AI Agent available at every step to provide expert guidance and clarify any requirements. Once the KYC form is successfully completed and your payment is processed, your submission will be finalized, allowing us to proceed immediately with your certification and the preparation of your package documents.

Within 24 hours of receiving your KYC submission and payment, you will receive an email containing a Google Drive link to your comprehensive five-document package, including your {Certificate}, {Implementation Kit}, {Welcome Kit}, {Sustainability Kit}, and {Media Kit}.
