2.Scope of Services

2.1 Consultancy Services:

• Our consultancy services include assisting with the preparation for ISO 9001:2015 certification and facilitating the online audit process.

2.2 Certification Services:

• Certification services are provided by the third-party Certification Body, not by our Consultancy.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information:

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire survey. The customer holds full legal responsibility for any inaccuracies or non-compliance of the data shared.

3.2 Implementation and Compliance:

• The customer must ensure that their Quality Management System (QMS) is in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards before the audit.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing: 

• All payments for consultancy services will be made to “Intelligent Street Marketing Management”, a Marketing & Project Management company based in Dubai Registered in Dubai 1257799 Dubai Unified License (DUL) CN7677 . The marketing company is responsible for marketing our services, collecting payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Under the contractual agreement for initiative #ISOforStartup Initiative.

4.2 Responsibility of Marketing Company:

• Intelligent Street Marketing Management is not responsible for any legal claims or other claims related to the consultancy services provided. The marketing company’s role is limited to marketing, payment collection, and customer satisfaction. Any issues or claims regarding the consultancy services will be addressed by and to Seven DevelopMeant Global Consultant based in Turkey Istanbul – Registration Number 468904-5 Istanbul. Financial Number 9381326562 - Email: info@sdgconsulting.org.

4.2 Refund Policy:

• Payment is non-refundable once the Application form is submitted, and payment is processed. If the customer has a valid reason for requesting a refund, they may contact us by email at info@sdgconsulting.org . Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Additional Charges:

• Payment covers only digital documents. Printed documents and delivery charges will incur additional fees.

5. Claims and Disputes

5.1 Service Claims:

• If the customer has any claims or issues regarding our services, they should be submitted via email to info@sdgconsulting.org.

5.2 Legal Responsibility:

• The customer is legally responsible for ensuring that all data shared with us is compliant with applicable standards and accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Consultancy Liability:

• Our liability is limited to the scope of our consultancy services. We are not liable for the certification decisions made by the Certification Body.

6.2 Certification Body Liability:

• The Certification Body is solely responsible for the certification decision and audit process.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Acceptance

By submitting the Application Form and making the payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
